Along with our partners, we have participated in over 40 transactions and are currently invested in a total of 28 multifamily properties in the United States. We are diversified in 5 states and 14 cities including: Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana and Texas.
NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING CENTERS
Along with our strategic partner, we have invested in 128 neighborhood shopping centers in the United States, mainly located in suburban residential areas, thus providing everyday goods and services. The portfolio of properties is well diversified in 22 states and 52 cities around the country, which include: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin.
EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CENTERS
Along with our partners, we have invested in 4 early childhood education centers. The properties are mainly located in suburban residential areas in the United States, providing attractive child-care alternatives, especially for parents in the workforce. We are currently present in 2 states and 3 cities including: Colorado and Tennessee.
